Dr. Poindexter was born in India and was raised in Oslo, Norway. She received degrees in Homeopathic medicine in India and her doctorate in Norway. Being exposed to multicultural backgrounds, she is fluent in 5 different languages including Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Norwegian, and English. She has been working in the healthcare field for many years as a homeopathic/naturopathic doctor and has been a part of the Dunne Chiropractic team since 2007 as a chiropractic intern.
Background
Dr. Poindexter graduated from the National University of Health Sciences and is a chiropractic physician with a special interest in continued female (pre-natal and post-natal) and pediatric care. Dr. Poindexter also utilizes acupuncture, nutritional counseling, rehabilitative, active release, and soft tissue techniques which will not only provide our patients relief from pain faster, but also keep them out of pain longer with a healthy lifestyle.
