When a wrestling injury sidelined Dr. Dunne during his sophomore year at Fenwick high school, he looked for help through chiropractic treatment. The treatment that healed him from his wrestling injury also inspired him to help others through chiropractic care. Dr. Dunne graduated from Loras college in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science.
In 1996, he began his journey to become a doctor of chiropractic medicine at the National College of Chiropractic. In 1999, he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree and came right back to where he first received the chiropractic treatment that inspired him to become a chiropractor himself. Dr. Dunne worked as an associate doctor for 13 years and eventually took over the practice in 2013.
Dr. Dunne and his wife, Andrea, have 3 children and reside in Homer Glen. His three children are in high school and his oldest daughter, Sofia will soon be graduating and going to college. Sofia works here at Dunne Chiropractic as a chiropractic assistant. His son, Collin, is on the Lockport Townships High School wrestling and soccer team, as well as travel soccer for Chicago International. His youngest daughter, Ariana, also plays travel soccer for Chicago International. In his free time, Dr. Dunne enjoys mastering his woodworking hobby and working on home improvement projects.
Dr. Dunne has been a part of the chiropractic team at Dunne Chiropractic for 20 years now. He enjoys working with athletes as well as the senior community. He continues to practice with the same enthusiasm and passion as he did when he first started his chiropractic journey and he looks forward to many more years helping people feel better.
